Heartbreak

Expressing how we feel is the beauty of art. I was in much pain, hurt, and grief, but I knew I had to feel what I felt. I knew that experience was going to transform myself, just like a caterpillar transforms into a butterfly. I knew I would eventually put my heart pieces back together and feel emotionally healed one day.
