Yoga for Hips and Hamstrings
Join me for a 2-hour Hatha Yoga Online Workshop designed to improve hip mobility and flexibility in the hip joints. Through a series of targeted yoga poses and exercises, you’ll learn how to safely and mindfully deepen your range of motion, release tension, and strengthen hip flexors.
